Jack Sotti is a bar and drinks consultant based in London. He develops bar concepts for hotels, operators and restaurant groups, in the UK and internationally.
Every project is scoped to the site. What is involved depends on the space, the timeline, the team and what already exists, so scope and fee are agreed after a first conversation rather than published here.
Recent work
Archive & Myth, London. A hidden ultra premium bar in central London. The bar entered the UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars at number 18 and won Venue of the Year at the Bar Magazine UK awards in 2026.
The Fife Arms, Braemar. Beverage work across five outlets at a five star Highland hotel owned by Artfarm.
