Twenty years working internationally, now based in London. I owned and ran my own venues. Now I build the drinks side of hospitality from the concept up.
Archive & Myth is my current project. UK Top 50, number 18, and bar Magazine Venue of the Year. Alongside it, I support new and existing brands on advocacy, serve strategy and content.
I have been a regular contributor to Channel 4 Sunday Brunch, along with print like The Cocktail Lovers. I build menus that hold up commercially and champion deliciousness, seasonality and trend leading flavours.
